How far does HHO gone in developing as an alternative fuel in vehicle ?

There are so much of comments of pro & cons of HHO, which i am confused towards this issue. But frankly, if HHO being able to reduce the consumption of basic fuel by 30%, i guess it is fair enough to apply in our daily driving needs.

yes , it’s a scam - there’s no such thing as free energy. A lighter foot on the gas pedal is the big fuel saver.
please open your mind a little bit a think about it for a bit everyone knocks it but if you think about it this internal combustion engine that we have today is about 100 years old and really the only improvements that we have made on them is to make them faster and more expensive while killing our atmosphere and planet at the same time this fuel just needs more time for us all to think about it and improve it even more who ever thought something 100 years old was still the only way to kill our planet
